Conservative MP Chris Philp has defined a sticky second when he appeared on Query Time on Thursday.
He was requested a query by an viewers member from the Democratic Republic of Congo and responded by asking if “[DR] Congo is a unique nation to Rwanda, is not it?”
Showing on Sunday with Laura Kuenssberg Mr Philp stated he had had issue listening to the unique query and had posed a rhetorical query.
