The Plenary of the Parliament handed the legislation proposal to cut back the extrajudicial high quality in case of violation of the second white line, at intersections that are managed by a photo-marking system.
In accordance with the proposed legislation, the driving force will probably be fined 85 euros as a substitute of 300 euros if he crosses the second white line and stays on the spot, i.e. violating the pedestrian crossing.
To ensure that the change to be applied, it must be permitted by the Council of Ministers after which the adjustments to the photo-marking system must be made.
