An attacker with a crossbow wounded a Serbian police officer guarding the Israeli Embassy in Belgrade on Saturday, Serbia’s inside ministry stated. The officer responded by fatally taking pictures the assailant.
Inside Minister Ivica Dacic stated in a press release that the attacker fired a bolt on the officer, hitting him within the neck. He stated the officer then “used a weapon in self-defense to shoot the attacker, who died on account of his accidents.”
