BAKU, Azerbaijan, July 6. On the NATO summit to
be held in Washington, Bulgaria intends to make a proposal for
negotiations between Russia and Ukraine, assist appearing Prime Minister
of Bulgaria Dimitar Glavchev, Development reviews.
He mentioned that Bulgaria might tackle the position of mediator in
these negotiations.
