Minister of Overseas Affairs Tahsin Ertuğruloğlu attended the Council of Overseas Ministers assembly held on the sidelines of the Casual Summit of Heads of State of the Group of Turkic States (TDT) in Shusha.
Minister of Overseas Affairs Tahsin Ertuğruloğlu met with the Ministers of Overseas Affairs of the Republic of Turkey, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and Hungary on the assembly hosted by the Minister of Overseas Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ceyhun Bayramov.
Secretary Common of the Group of Turkic States Kubanychbek Omuraliyev additionally attended the assembly.

Minister of Overseas Affairs Ertuğruloğlu mentioned that President Ersin Tatar's assembly with President İlham Aliyev throughout his go to to Baku on October 14, 2023 was a historic occasion and that the Inter-Parliamentary Friendship Group established between the TRNC and Azerbaijani Assemblies gave momentum to the relations between the TRNC and Azerbaijan.
