In an e-mail seen by Funding Week, the agency mentioned Earth Capital has been deregulated and is now not an funding supervisor.
The agency utilized to cancel its authorisation on 1 August, in accordance with the Monetary Conduct Authority’s register. It was initially granted authorisation in August 2019.
Within the e-mail, Earth Capital acknowledged: “If you’re enquiring about your Enterprise Funding Scheme (EIS) funding or are representing a shopper who has invested within the STIL EIS 1, 2 or 3, please notice that the fund has now closed.”
