Hamas chief says Israel's plans to neutralize militant group have failed
Hamas chief Yahya Sinwar congratulated Yemen's Houthi insurgent group on its missile assault on Israel and stated it despatched a message to their enemy, the Houthi Al-Masira TV channel reported.
