Belgium is sending soldiers to Cyprus to repatriate its nationals from Lebanon

Belgium will ship troopers to Cyprus to help within the repatriation of its nationals from Lebanon.

Belgium's protection minister mentioned Cyprus – which is near the conflict zone – is the best place for the evacuation of Belgian nationals.

Round 1,800 Belgians are at the moment in Lebanon and 90 of them have utilized for repatriation.
