The LGBT motion was added to the listing of terrorists and extremists on the web site of the Monetary Monitoring Service of the Russian Federation (Rosfinmonitoring).
By the choice of the Russian Supreme Courtroom in November 2023, the LGBT motion was deemed “extremist” and its actions have been banned.
With the decree signed by Russian President Vladimir Putin in 2022, gay relations within the nation have been included within the scope of “harmful concepts and values for Russian society”.
