The Fireplace Division was alerted on Saturday night time (19/10), following details about individuals trapped in a car contained in the Aliki Larnaca.
In accordance with the Fireplace Division's Spokesman, Andreas Ketti, at 19:30 the Fireplace Division responded with a crew and a rescue car.
“Three individuals (foreigners) had been rescued, after their unlawful and dangerous entry into the salt flat,” he added.
