A Stockholm-to-Miami flight was pressured to show round and head again to Europe after it skilled excessive turbulence over Greenland.
The Scandinavian Airways flight, which was purported to take over 9 hours, was virtually full when it was pressured to make a U-turn and head all the way in which again following the alarming scenario on Thursday.
The plane returned to a base in Copenhagen to bear checks and root out technical points.
A spokesperson advised MailOnline the airline doesn’t have the required tools in Miami to carry out the checks.
The passengers could be supplied resort rooms and shall be flown to Miami on Friday, per the airline.

The Scandinavian Airways flight took off from Stockholm at 12.55pm and was as a result of land in Miami at 5.45pm native time however determined to show again to Europe because it reached the US East Coast.
In accordance with Scandinavian Airways, 254 passengers and one child have been on board the aircraft.
It had not been confirmed whether or not any of them have been injured within the turbulence.
Nevertheless, a spokesperson mentioned no severe accidents have been reported.
Some passengers posted footage on social media of the cabin in the course of the turbulence – with gadgets reminiscent of plastic cups, paper baggage and one man’s rucksack scattered everywhere in the ground.
Again in September, a Scandinavian Airways flight was pressured to make a diversion after a rodent was found in a passenger’s meal.
The plane, which was flying from Oslo to Malaga, Spain was pressured to land in Copenhagen as a security precaution after the mouse was present in an in-flight meal.
Rodents on board plane can pose a security threat as they can chew by essential wiring. Airways normally have procedures to stop such an incident from occurring.
