The Fireplace Service was on alert on Sunday afternoon (12/8) after a fireplace broke out in an deserted manufacturing unit in Nicosia within the Engomi space.
In response to the official of the Press and Public Relations Workplace of the Fireplace Service, Koula Mesaritou, who spoke to SigmaLive, the fireplace broke out in a small hearth pit fabricated from waste supplies contained in the manufacturing unit.
“There is no such thing as a hazard,” he identified.
The Police are on the scene for additional investigation.
