Police are trying to find the driving force of a automobile after a father-of-two was killed in a hit-and-run whereas strolling his canine.
The person was hit by a automobile whereas out strolling close to Caer Salem Baptist Chapel in Llanpumsaint, Carmarthenshire, between 18:45 GMT and 19:45 on Monday.
A councillor within the village described the person as a “younger” father with two younger youngsters.
