The Customs Division discovered fifty kilograms of snails in a Turkish Cypriot car on the Agios Dometio roadblock.
As an official of the Customs Division instructed SigmaLive, the suspect tried to cross the free zones with 50 kg of snails within the trunk of the automobile.
The suspect was fined 200 euros, whereas the snails had been destroyed as stipulated by the Inexperienced Line regulation.
