As Saba hunts down seven boards, there’s a mighty large elephant within the room: we have now many administrators on the boards who’re out of their depth, doing nothing greater than rubber stamping studies and performing as one another’s committee chairs.
Such motion is barely occurring due to the management failure throughout the sector.
Those that sit on prime with large, costly CVs as their sole justification for board choice have clearly not been utilizing their affect within the related areas to cope with this embedded difficulty (or maybe the reality is they don’t even have affect anymore).
