Over 60% of shareholders at Keystone Optimistic Change (KPC) voted in opposition to Saba’s resolutions whereas simply 0.8% of non-Saba shareholders voted in favour of the hedge fund’s proposals.
At a simultaneous normal assembly in Edinburgh, Baillie Gifford US Progress (USA) traders voted in opposition to Saba’s resolutions, with 65.6% of shareholders voting down the proposed adjustments.
Excluding Saba’s personal votes, 98.5% of votes solid have been in opposition to the requisitioned resolutions. General, shareholder turnout to the polls was 78.4%, the USA famous.
