The Fee for the Safety of Competitors gave approval for the acquisition of Papantoniou Hypermarkets by Sclavenitis Hypermarkets.
In at present's announcement, the Fee states that the takeover proposal doesn’t elevate doubts as to its compatibility with the operation of competitors out there.
Subsequently, it’s added, the Fee has determined to not oppose the proposal and to declare this merger appropriate.
