BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 12. Operations of the
Khizi-Absheron Wind Energy Plant in Azerbaijan for the primary
operational stage will start within the second quarter of 2025, Abid
Malik, Regional Head of Saudi Arabia-based ACWA Energy – Central
Asia, stated in an unique interview with Pattern.
He highlighted that the Khizi-Absheron Wind Energy Plant will
function a complete of 37 wind generators.
“We plan to fee and start operations for the primary
operational stage by early Q2 2025. This preliminary section will mark a

ACWA Energy’s 240 MW Khizi-Absheron Wind Energy Plant would be the
