The second listening to of the case concerning the homicide of 8-year-old Narin Güran in Diyarbakır continued on the third day.
On the listening to, the detained defendants, who have been on trial with a request for aggravated life imprisonment, made a protection. The defendants didn’t settle for the accusations and claimed their innocence.
Brother Enes Güran, one of many detained defendants, didn’t settle for the accusations. He accused Nevzat Bahtiyar and requested for his acquittal. Mom Yüksel Güran denied the accusations and stated that she was harmless.
The protection of the detained defendants was accomplished, intense safety measures have been taken in and across the courtroom, and medical personnel have been saved prepared within the courtroom.

Mom Yüksel Güran, older brother Enes Güran and uncle Salim Güran have been sentenced to three years of aggravated life imprisonment. Nevzat Bahtiyar was sentenced to 4 years and 6 months in jail.
