In June, Alliance Belief revealed it was contemplating merging with Witan to type a £5bn funding belief often called Alliance Witan.
The merger shall be topic to a shareholder vote at a basic assembly in late September or early October and if it goes forward, will seemingly see the belief enter the FTSE 100.
In its outcomes for the six months ended 30 June 2024, managers Craig Baker, Stuart Grey and Mark Davis mentioned there was an “alternative to contemplate whether or not to vary the supervisor line up” with the merger.
