The trial of a 14-year-old lady accused of making an attempt to homicide two lecturers and a pupil in a college stabbing has collapsed attributable to a “nice irregularity within the jury”.
Academics Fiona Elias and Liz Hopkin and a pupil at Ysgol Dyffryn Aman in Ammanford, Carmarthenshire, had been taken to hospital after being stabbed on 24 April.
The lady, who can’t be named attributable to her age, pleaded responsible to 3 counts of wounding with intent, however denied three counts of tried homicide.

On the day of the triple stabbing, emergency providers, together with two air ambulance helicopters, had been known as to the scene and a knife was recovered.
The three victims sustained non-life threatening accidents however Ms Hopkin, who was stabbed within the neck, needed to be airlifted to hospital.
The college was locked down and remained closed the next day for investigations to happen.
