Turkish Overseas Minister Hakan Fidan had a phone dialog with the top of American diplomacy, Anthony Blinken, in opposition to the background of the developments in Syria.
In line with Turkish diplomatic sources, Fidan advised his interlocutor that Ankara is in opposition to any improvement that will increase instability, and is in favor of lowering stress in Syria.
