Ceremonies can be held within the TRNC tomorrow to mark August 30 Victory Day.
Ceremonies can be held in all districts on the anniversary of August 30, which is well known as an official and nationwide vacation within the Republic of Turkey and the TRNC to commemorate the Nice Offensive that resulted in victory beneath the command of the Nice Chief Mustafa Kemal Atatürk.
-The Ambassador and KTBK will settle for congratulations
In keeping with the assertion made by the Nationwide Days Celebration Central Committee Presidency, the August 30 Victory Day celebrations will start with the congratulatory reception to be given by the Republic of Turkey Ambassador to Nicosia Yasin Ekrem Serim accompanied by the Cyprus Turkish Peace Forces Commander Main Common Sebahattin Kılınç at 08.45. The congratulatory reception will happen on the KTKA Command On line casino in Ortaköy.
-Laying a wreath on the Nicosia Atatürk Monument
The wreath-laying ceremony to be held on the Lefkoşa Atatürk Monument will start at 09.30. The ceremony will conclude with the laying of wreaths on the monument in protocol order, a second of silence, the elevating of the flags with the singing of the Nationwide Anthem, and the signing of the Memorial Particular E-book.
-A parade on Dr. Küçük Boulevard
The official parade on Dr. Fazıl Küçük Boulevard will begin at 10:00. Throughout the ceremony, flags can be raised to the accompaniment of the Nationwide Anthem, the ceremonial items can be inspected, the general public's holidays can be celebrated and an officer will give a speech on behalf of the Cyprus Turkish Peace Forces Command. -Two ceremonies in Famagusta
There can be two separate ceremonies in entrance of the Victory Monument in Gazimağusa and on İsmet İnönü Boulevard. The ceremony in entrance of the Victory Monument will begin at 17:00 and can finish with the laying of wreaths on the monument in response to protocol order, a second of silence and the elevating of the flags accompanied by the Nationwide Anthem.
The ceremony on İsmet İnönü Boulevard will start at 13.30 with the elevating of the flags accompanied by the Nationwide Anthem, and can finish with the celebration of the vacation by the ceremonial troops, speeches, poetry, people dance exhibits, music recitals and a ceremonial parade.
-Kyrenia
The ceremonies in Kyrenia can be held in entrance of the Atatürk Monument at 16.30. The ceremony will start with the laying of wreaths on the monument, and can finish with the elevating of the flags, speeches, poems and a ceremonial procession with the singing of the Nationwide Anthem.
As a part of the ceremonies, the KTBK Band Command will give a live performance at 16.10.
-Guzelyurt
The ceremony in Güzelyurt will happen at 09:00 in entrance of the Atatürk Monument throughout from the Güzelyurt District Governorship. The ceremony will start with the laying of wreaths on the monument, a second of silence, the elevating of flags accompanied by the Nationwide Anthem, then continuing to the museum and inspecting the ceremonial items, making speeches, and ending with a poem and official parade.
-Dock
The ceremony at İskele will happen at Ecevit Sq. at 09:00. Throughout the ceremony, a wreath can be laid on the Atatürk Monument, a second of silence can be noticed, and flags can be raised to the flagpole accompanied by the Nationwide Anthem. The ceremony will proceed with speeches, people dance exhibits and poems within the space and can finish with a parade.
-Lefke
The ceremony in Lefke will happen at 18:00 in entrance of the Lefke Atatürk Monument. Throughout the ceremony, wreaths can be laid on the monument, a minute of silence can be noticed for the martyrs, flags can be raised to the flagpole accompanied by the Nationwide Anthem, the ceremonial items can be inspected and the vacation can be celebrated, and a ceremonial parade can be held after speeches and poems.
-Akdoğan, Geçitkale, Mehmetçik
