BAKU, Azerbaijan, January 29. Voter turnout has
been buzzing within the Nasimi and Sabail districts of Baku,
Azerbaijan, through the municipal elections, Pattern experiences.

As of 10:00 (GMT+4), 499,575 voters had participated in
Azerbaijan’s municipal elections. The voter turnout stood at 8.38
