The mayor of Cobija, a metropolis within the north of Bolivia, has declared the world a catastrophe zone due to heavy rain.
Native authorities say 1000’s of individuals have been displaced with properties and companies broken within the flooding. It comes following days of torrential downpours.
As of Wednesday, rains in Bolivia had left 42 folks lifeless and affected 31,000 households, based on the nation’s Civil Defence.
Volunteers have been rescuing pets left by owners who needed to evacuate.
