Boris Johnson described Vladimir Putin as “not mad, undoubtedly dangerous” when requested about his views of the Russian president throughout an interview on Sunday, 6 October.
The previous prime minister sat down with Camilla Tominey to debate the discharge of his memoir Unleashed.
Discussing his emotions in the direction of Putin, Mr Johnson stated: “He’s fairly small, Putin… Not mad, undoubtedly dangerous.
“He means no good for this nation… He regards the UK amongst their most essential strategic foes, which is a pity however he’s chosen that path.”
