Helderlé will stay a member of the agency’s board of administrators.
The senior administration group will now comprise of the aforementioned remaining co-founder, UK CEO and director Maxime Carmignac and managing administrators Rose Ouahba and Christophe Peronin.

Ouahba was promoted to managing director in anticipation of Helderlé’s exit. She had led the agency’s distribution and advertising and marketing operations since late 2023.
