BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 10. The Chairman of
the Central Election Fee (CEC) of Azerbaijan Mazahir Panahov
prolonged his gratitude to the OSCE Workplace for Democratic
Establishments and Human Rights (ODIHR) for dispatching
