Concerning the Exhibition: The exhibition “Dreaming of Residence – Between the Partitions” goals to rethink the homes and the idea of 'residence' in Nicosia on the event of the fiftieth anniversary of the 1974 occasions and the sixtieth anniversary of the institution of UNFICYP by analyzing the ideas of id and residential. The exhibition attracts consideration to the bodily and symbolic divisions created by partitions, emphasizing the political and social potential of reconstruction by the idea of the 'unfinished home'.
Works of Artists:
Efi Savvides: She paperwork the tales of refugee households. Nafia Akdeniz: She presents a poetic venture on the theme of pressured displacement and the will for return.
