Physique digital camera footage of a former police officer allegedly assaulting a person he was arresting has been proven to a jury.
Gediminas Palubinskas, who was a PC with Gwent Police on the time, appeared at Swansea Crown Court docket on Monday.

Requested if having seen the footage Mr Boukhari wished to alter his testimony, Mr Boukhari admitted he was driving, and stated he had denied it “as a result of I used to be disqualified”, saying “he was nonetheless being aggressive”.
