The unhappy actuality is that sexism remains to be rife within the Metropolis, and that many gifted ladies face unfair and pointless boundaries of their pathway to the highest.

The Pipeline’s annual Girls Depend report revealed that ladies make up lower than 20% on the manager committees of the UK’s largest personal fairness companies; whereas banking companies carry out barely higher – albeit, not considerably – with 32% gender parity.
