ARUCAD Vice Rector Asst. Assoc. Dr. İbrahim Dalkılıç's exhibition titled “Sub:liminal”, consisting of hanging pictures taken in Pakistan, met with the viewers at ARUCAD Artwork House on Friday, October twenty fifth. ARUCAD Artwork House hosts the exhibition, which incorporates the frames taken by Dalkılıç throughout his journey to Pakistan, which bear deep traces of social and particular person life. Within the exhibition curated by Oya Silbery, the sociological and psychological components mirrored on Dalkılıç's digital camera reveal the floor look of society and the emotional results hidden within the background.
Theme of Social Isolation and Invisibility
The images, principally taken in real-time, within the exhibition, take care of the results of things similar to social and political neglect, insufficient schooling, poor financial circumstances and cultural corruption on people and communities. Dalkılıç's pictures delicately take care of people turning into invisible and society's desensitization to this invisibility.
Individuals and Constructions Caught in Chaotic Motion
Considered from a secure distance, the pictures reveal the pure empathy of individuals caught between makeshift buildings, motor autos, animals, complicated indicators and electrical wires, all of which appear mundane. These components eloquently describe how persons are misplaced in every day life within the midst of speedy and fixed motion in Pakistan.
