Large Earthquake in Vanuatu Damages U.S. Embassy
The embassy was certainly one of many broken buildings filmed by a resident after the 7.3-magnitude earthquake.
This can be a Billabong constructing [and] one of many Chinese language shops in CTF that’s collapsed. We’ve acquired the rescue group in there now. Hearth rescue in there attempting to get some folks out. Went for a stroll on the roof. There’s positively some folks in there, hopefully nonetheless alive. We’re attempting to get some equipment out in the intervening time.
