Objections have been raised right now by members of the Parliamentary Committee for Authorized Affairs, throughout the debate held, concerning the operation of a web-based platform for informing drivers about complaints from the photo-marking system and for the reimbursement of out-of-court fines.
Members of the Fee spoke of authorized loopholes within the operation of the platform, noting the suggestions made by the Commissioner for Private Knowledge Safety.
A consultant of the police acknowledged that the platform was put into operation in session with the Authorized Service, because the authorized advisor of the state and defined that the Police resorted to this process, after issues in the way in which of serving extrajudicial paperwork.
