In an announcement on Platform X, Odysseas Michaelidis acknowledged that “the die has been forged”, stating that they’ve forwarded “to the ECHR my enchantment for the choice of the ASD dated 18.9.2024 for my dismissal”.
He added that “The ECtHR doesn’t act as an appeals courtroom and doesn’t retry the case. It solely examines human rights violations. There we give attention to three matters:
– Proper to a good trial.
– Proper to fame.
– Freedom of speech and expression”.
