Performing President and Speaker of the Meeting of the Republic, Ziya Öztürkler, despatched a congratulatory message to the Secretary Normal Mehmet Süreyya Er on the event of the sixteenth anniversary of the institution of the Parliamentary Meeting of Turkish States (TURKPA).
In his message, Öztürkler identified that the cooperation that began between Turkish-speaking states has became a cooperation of Turkish states of the scale and energy that’s in the present day referred to as the Turkish World.
