Activist New York-based hedge fund Saba has requisitioned common conferences of shareholders at seven UK funding trusts to reconstitute their respective boards of administrators.
The Baillie Gifford US Development belief, Edinburgh Worldwide and Keystone Constructive Change, are within the firing line in addition to a pair of Janus Henderson trusts, the Henderson Alternatives belief and European Smaller Corporations belief.
