Shareholders back Smithson continuation as chair re-election faces opposition

Round 19.2% of votes had been forged in opposition to Dyer Bartlett’s re-election at an annual normal assembly on Thursday (25 April), with 9.6% of votes had been forged in opposition to the belief’s continuation. 
In line with Numis, the opposition in opposition to the chair’s election and Smithson’s continuation represented round 7.2% and three.6% of share capital, respectively.
