A couple of minutes later, as captured in a video printed earlier, the attacker is shot and killed by an Israeli citizen who was on the scene.

The Israeli authorities are investigating the incident, with the intention to decide whether or not it’s a terrorist assault or a legal act.
This incident comes simply hours earlier than the ceasefire agreed between Hamas and Israel takes impact. Hostilities have continued because the deal was introduced, with the Israeli navy saying on Saturday (18/1) that it had struck 50 “targets” within the Gaza Strip within the earlier 24 hours.
