In 2006, Sony got down to create “Paint”, exterior, broadly considered one of the crucial technically complicated adverts ever made.
After looking out throughout Europe, producers settled on a Glasgow housing property as its backdrop, utilizing pyrotechnics to fireside 70,000 litres of paint over buildings to advertise the Bravia tv model.
The property was due for demolition and have become a short lived house to the 250-strong crew of producers, technical employees and fireworks specialists who labored on the advert.
The BBC has spoken to members of the manufacturing crew to learn how it was made.
