A 24-year-old man was airlifted after being injured on the rocks within the sea caves in Paphos on Sunday.
In response to Paphos police’s assistant operations director Michalis Nikolaou, the police had been knowledgeable of the person’s predicament at round 4pm.
The swimmer managed to climb a rock however, as a consequence of tough seas, was unable to swim to shore.
The Joint rescue coordination centre mobilised and despatched a helicopter his manner. The helicopter picked the swimmer up and took him to dry land.
Nikolaou stated the person’s accidents should not believed to be critical however he was taken to the Paphos basic hospital as a precaution.
