The institution of the Cyprus Protection Business Council was permitted by the Council of Ministers following a proposal by the Minister of Protection Vassilis Palmas.
The president is Vassilis Plamas. Members have been appointed Panagiotis Hatzipavlis, Director of the Division of Basic Tenders and Protection Capabilities Growth of the Ministry of Protection, Stavros Stavrou, President of KEBE, Antonis Antoniou, President of OEB, Tasos Kounoudis President of KSEEK, Varnavas Sergidis Akadimaikos, Zacharias Siokouros, Director of the Middle of Excellence, Konstantinos Phytiris Rear Admiral in retirement and Konstantinos Hatzisavvas.
