A household shifting from Christchurch, New Zealand to Melbourne, Australia boarded the aircraft with their 8-year-old cat.
Margo Neas, the proprietor of the cat named Mittens, acknowledged in her assertion that they waited for 3 hours once they reached Australia, however the cat within the cargo compartment was not delivered.
After they requested concerning the cat's situation, Neas discovered that Mittens had gone unnoticed as a result of gadgets within the cargo maintain and the aircraft had returned to New Zealand.
