The federal government requested the cashing of the assure checks, amounting to 13 million euros, from the Intra-cat firm, after the termination of the contract for the development of the Pafos-Poles Chrysochous highway.
The Minister of Transport, Alexis Vafeadis, acknowledged {that a} request was submitted for the redemption of the ensures from banks in Greece, which needs to be carried out inside three days.
For its half, the corporate resorted to the courts of Cyprus and Greece, and the case is predicted to be examined by the judiciary, earlier than the ensures are redeemed or not.
