Who was Christos Giannaras?
He studied theology on the College of Athens and philosophy on the College of Bonn and Paris (Sorbonne). Physician of Philosophy from the School of Humanities of the College of Sorbonne and the School of Theology of the Aristotle College of Thessaloniki and an honorary doctorate from the College of Belgrade, St. Vladimir's Orthodox Seminary in New York, the Nationwide and Kapodistrian College of Athens and the College of the Holy Cross in Boston.
From 1982 to 2002 he was a full professor of philosophy on the Panteion College of Political and Social Sciences in Athens, whereas as a visiting professor he taught on the universities of Paris, Geneva, Lausanne and Crete.
