The opening of the Touring Photographic Exhibition “20 YEARS CYPRUS – EU” of the Press and Info Workplace (GTP) occurred tonight, held in collaboration with the Municipality of Nicosia.
As reported by the GTP, ranging from Lidini Avenue and ending on the Info and Coaching Middle for Employment and Enterprise Motion in Susceptible Teams (KEEAED), the exhibition captures via 137 images from the GTP's picture archive the method of Cyprus' integration within the European Union (EU) and the 20-year participation of our nation within the EU.
The exhibition was opened by the President of the Republic Mr. Nikos Christodoulidis within the presence of the Director of the GTP Alikis Stylianou and personalities from the fields of politics, arts and letters.
Welcoming the friends, the Director of the Press and Info Workplace expressed her due to the President of the Republic for his significantly honorable presence, in addition to the Mayor of Nicosia for the amenities he supplied for the exhibition. He additionally thanked the employees of the GTP who labored with zeal and dedication as a way to create this unique exhibition that we are able to all take pleasure in.
The exhibition will run till Could 29, 2024.
The version that accompanies the exhibition is adorned with seven unique watercolors by the visible artist Katerina Attalidou, wherein components of the exhibition's route are depicted.
