Rescuers by boat and aircraft are making frantic efforts to evacuate residents from remoted areas in Brazil's mountainous southeast after storms and heavy rain killed at the least 20 individuals.
The climate affected the states of Rio de Janeiro and Espirito Santo, and authorities predict extra rain there on Sunday.
Native authorities spoke of a chaotic scenario, saying that the harm had not but been assessed. Additionally they consider that the variety of lifeless will improve.
