The UBP – YDP – DP Authorities thought of the three votes that the Parliament's attorneys mentioned have been “invalid” to be legitimate, and first declared UBP Deputy Ziya Öztürkler because the President of the Parliament by publishing a call within the Official Gazette, after which held an unlawful handover ceremony.
The Parliament Press Workplace introduced the handover ceremony with a photograph of Öztürkler and Töre with “flowers”. The press was not allowed to attend the ceremony in query.
However, CTP Chairman Tufan Erhürman, who made an announcement throughout the handover, described what occurred as a “coup” and defined that each the announcement within the Official Gazette and the handover ceremony have been in opposition to the legislation.
