In line with a UBS workers memo seen by Funding Week, the agency will consolidate all its international wealth administration models into one division known as GWM Options.
The division might be led by Yves-Alain Sommerhalder, former managing director at Credit score Suisse, and can start operations on 1 July. Sommerhalder might be based mostly in New York and Zurich and can report back to Khan and Karofsky whereas being a part of the GWM administration group.
