SAMARKAND, Uzbekistan, September 25. Uzbekistan
has launched a number of packages on the event of medium-sized
cities collectively with the Asian Infrastructure Funding Financial institution
(AIIB), the president of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev stated on the
opening ceremony of the annual assembly of the Governing Council of
the AIIB in Samarkand, Pattern studies.
“In cooperation with AIIB, initiatives value $200 million have been
launched to develop medium-sized cities and $130 million to enhance
infrastructure in rural areas. I’m assured of additional growth
of such infrastructure initiatives with the financial institution and different companions,”
he stated.
